An extremely talented individual, Chelcee is a singer, songwriter, footballer and podcaster.
As one of today’s freshest solo voices, the Liverpudlian has earned a global audience on the heels of her left-of-centre hits, from Just Like That to her biggest feature to date Wild, on Jonas Blue’s 2018 LP Blue. Behind the decks, Chelcee has also found success as a top songwriter for other artists including Olly Murs, Little Mix, Zara Larsson and Dua Lipa.
Not content with being only an accomplished songwriter and extraordinary vocalist, Chelcee is something of a triple threat, with a parallel career as a professional footballer.
A passionate footballer since she was a teen, she has played for local teams Everton, Tottenham, Tranmere and currently plays for Fulham FC. She is an inspiration for young women who are athletically inclined and aspire to become professional footballers.
Chelcee is also fast becoming a notable name within the BBC’s football coverage. Having presented during their Women’s World Cup coverage, she has now been assigned as one of the anchors on MOTDx – a brand new prime time BBC 2 football show about the lifestyle and culture of the Premier League. She is also currently the ambassador for Barclays Women’s Super League.
As anchor of the What We Coulda Been podcast, Chelcee meets talented people in all kinds of careers and finds out what they could have been if they had made a different choice. Previous guests have included Rio Ferdinand, Dua Lipa and Little Mix.
